Get Involved at Ruth’s Restoration Place ​

You don’t have to live in the house to help build the foundation. Whether you’re passionate about giving back, teaching others, or walking alongside women on the road to restoration—there’s a place for you here. 

 

🌿 Ways You Can Get Involved: ​

🏠 Become a Volunteer 

• Lend your time and talents to support our home. Volunteer opportunities include: 

• Administrative or clerical support 

• Donation sorting and inventory 

• Cleaning days or house beautification projects 

 

🧩 Be a Mentor 

Walk alongside a resident and offer encouragement, accountability, and listening.

Mentors commit to: 

• Bi-weekly check-ins (in-person or virtual) 

• Encouragement and prayer support 

• Helping residents set and stay on track with goals

Training and background checks are required. 
 

💡 Teach a Life Skill 

Do you have a skill that can help a woman succeed in her next chapter? 
We’re looking for volunteers to lead workshops or one-time sessions on topics such as:

• Financial literacy 

• Nutrition and cooking

• Creative arts and healing 

• Digital skills 

• Professional development

Submit a skill-teacher application and help us empower women with tools that last.

🤝 Donate Goods or Sponsor a Resident 

Help furnish a woman’s new chapter. We accept in-kind donations of: 

• Hygiene kits, journals, and feminine products 

• Gently used clothing and shoes 

• Gift cards for groceries or transportation 

• Sponsorships for housing, coaching, or resources

Our team works closely with outside providers to help residents access consistent care throughout their stay.
